Hello and thanks for visiting The Mauers Online! If you are reading this then I'm sure you know at least something of what lovely performers and people Gary and Beth are, so thanks for celebrating their careers with us by being a part of the site! My name is Rafe just incase you didn't see that a few lines up. I live in Spartanburg, SC and plan to major in musical theatre hopefully at either Elon or Ithaca, then graduate and pursue a terrifying career in the acting business. In case you were wondering, I also enjoy photography and play many instruments including guitar, piano, drums, trumpet, and mandolin! I hope you find this site informative as well as entertaining, but if not please feel free to send me an e-mail and let me know what you don't like! Julie, by the way, is the savior of The Mauers Online. Without her this site would be nothing!!

Thanks,
Rafe

Fondest greetings! Rafe's already thanked you for visiting the site, but I'd like to do it again. Thanks for taking so kindly to our little project and helping to make it one of the best, if not the best, online fan sites in existence. We two, Gary, and Beth really can't thank you enough.

A little bit about me then. My name is Julie and I currently reside in Massachussetts. I am a senior economics major at a minor institution across the river from Boston, and play piano, sing, and fix computers in my spare time. I am a self-proclaimed nerd but vow never to go into banking. I first saw Gary and Beth perform together on August 29, 2004 on tour in Baltimore and they have quickly become my favorite leading Phantom pair ever. And that says something, considering that I have seen the show with over a dozen different casts in two countries. Their astonishing chemistry and talent is something that, as Beth says, "You just can't manufacture." The most impressive thing about them, however, is not their magic onstage but their genuine kindness and decency every minute of their lives. Those of you who have met them offstage can all attest to that fact.

I hope you enjoy your experience at the site. Be sure to sign our guestbook and post on our message board before you go! And drop me a note as well. As my title says, I'm here to get to know all of you.

Best,
Julie

Ken Hill's Phantom of the Opera
Ken Hills Phantom of the Opera - The Original Stage Musical. One of the most entertaining, but most unknown musical versions of the famous story of The Phantom of the Opera. This version inspired the Andrew Lloyd Webber version, and has toured the world, including the UK, US, Japan, Germany, New Zealand and Australia! This website features images, sounds, lyrics, articles and reviews from the show and stands as both a tribute, and a source of accurate information for Ken Hills Phantom of the Opera. From the Baroque to the Romantic period, all the songs in Ken Hills Phantom of the Opera use music from various operas performed prior to the period in which the musical is set (Verdi, Donizetti, Offenbach, Bizet, Mozart, Gounod).
